Overview
The Local Interconnected Network (LIN) Configurator is a stand-alone tool included with the ModusToolbox™ software and used to generate build-time configuration for the LIN middleware. LIN is a low-cost serial communication standard used for various electronic components inside automobiles. The tool is supported on Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Supported middleware
The LIN Configurator middleware uses configuration setups developed in the LIN Configurator GUI or with external applications.
The LIN middleware implements a LIN 2.2 and ISO17987 compliance slave node on PSOC™ 4 devices.
