Infineon’s HybridPACK™ 2 is a 3-phase six-pack automotive qualified power module with a direct cooled PinFin Base Plate. It is designed for hybrid and electric vehicle applications and can support a power range up to 160 kW continuous power. It is used in pioneering electric vehicles and available with Infineon’s Automotive IGBT3 and EDT2 technology.
