TRAVEO™ T2G CYT2B6 series
TRAVEO™ T2G CYT2B6 MCUs are designed for automotive body electronics with processing power and network connectivity built into the Arm® Cortex®-M4F.
Infineon's TRAVEO™ CYT2B6 MCUs ingeniously integrate powerful processing capabilities and network connectivity into Arm® Cortex®-M4F, revolutionizing automotive body electronics. Used for Body Control Modules (BCM), HVAC, and lighting, these microcontrollers ensure advanced security via HSM, Cortex®-M0+ for secure processing, and dual-bank flash for FOTA. Six power modes optimize the ECUs' energy use, complemented by top-tier security for impermeable communications. Enhanced memory and pin count flexibility further elevate adaptability.
TRAVEO™ CYT2B6 features a robust 32-bit MCU core, led by the 80 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 Single, and a memory spectrum of 512 KB flash, 64 KB work flash, 64 KB SRAM and a Cortex®-M0+ dedicated to cryptography. Packaged from 64-pin LQFP to 80-pin LQFP and 100-pin LQFP, these MCUs meet space and layout needs.
