Overview
Infineon introduces the PSOC™ 4 HV MS series of products, providing a one-chip solution for smart edge-sensor designs for automotive, integrating programmable analog, multi-sense converter, high voltage (12 V) operation, and an Arm® Cortex® CPU. It enables smart edge-sensors integrating analog front-ends with multi-sense converter featuring the most advanced capacitive sensing solution with the 5th generation CAPSENSE™, programmable analog blocks (12-bit SAR ADC, op-amps), digital blocks (PWMs, serial communication blocks), high voltage operation, and enabling automotive functional safety level of ASIL-B according to ISO 26262.
