5th generation CAPSENSE™

Ultra-Low Power:

One of the industries’ first always-on touch sensing feature enables HMI operation with very low active and standby power consumption enabling longer battery life on battery powered products such as wearables and hearables.

Signal-to-Noise Ratio:

Best in class signal-to-noise ratio improves reliability, provides a seamless user experience, faster refresh rate, and optimized average power consumption.

Liquid Tolerance:

Reliable operation under wet and high moisture conditions prevents false activation from a variety of liquids, including highly conductive salty water.

Multi-Sense:

Supports combination of multiple sensing methods (self, mutual) and a variety of interfaces (touch, slider, force-touch, proximity, finger-tracking) to enable a superior user experience.

Advanced Proximity Interface:

Long distance proximity detection up to 30 cm. Directional proximity with configurable gestures.
