Allows WHD to perform buffer related operations like, allocating, releasing, retrieving the current pointer of and size of a packet buffer.

enum whd_buffer_dir_t

whd_buffer_dir_t: Indicates transmit/receive direction that the packet buffer has been used for.

This is needed if tx/rx pools are separate.

Values:

enumerator WHD_NETWORK_TX

Transmit direction.

enumerator WHD_NETWORK_RX

Recieve direction.
